Description
The Edgar Sherman Design ESD Sling is a two-point nylon sling in MultiCam camouflage with a matte finish, intended for rifles, sub-guns, shotguns, hunting rifles, bolt-action rifles and PDW systems. It is designed for carrying a firearm across the body during extended use.
The sling uses a 1-inch nylon webbing width, which the design describes as creating less friction than wider slings so it moves across the body with less resistance. It has two adjustment sections: a rear section to fit body size and additional gear, and a quick-adjust section to loosen or tighten the sling while in use. An elastic regulator is built in to help keep the webbing from twisting or jamming during adjustment.
The elastic regulator includes a pull tab that lets the sling be folded upon itself and stored compactly on the weapon system.
