EGW Sight Mount Features The EGW Sight Mount replaces the factory rear sight on the Colt Gold Cup Trooper Mark 3 Python and Anaconda giving these classic Colt platforms a direct interface for a Trijicon RMR or Holosun HS507C red dot. It ships with two 6-32 flat head screws and a 6-32 x 3/16 set screw and installation requires only a 5/64-inch allen wrench. EGW recommends applying blue Loctite to the mounting screws and torquing them to 15 in-lbs to keep the optic securely zeroed through the recoil of magnum revolver cartridges. Because the mount uses the existing dovetail cut the factory rear sight can be reinstalled at any time. Machined from 7075 aluminum and finished in a matte black hardcoat the mount is built to hold up to sustained use on revolvers chambered in demanding calibers. At 1.78 inches long and 1.1 inches wide it adds minimal bulk to the top strap while providing a stable optic platform.
