EGW Sight Mount for Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 Compact/22/Compact

EGW Guns Sight Mount Features The EGW Sight Mount fits directly into the rear sight dovetail of Smith and Wesson M&P and M&P 2.0 full size and compact pistols along with the SD9VE and SD40VE giving shooters a way to mount a Trijicon RMR red dot without milling the slide. Machined from 7075 aluminum and finished in a matte black hardcoat the mount matches the factory finish while standing up to daily carry and holster wear. Because the mount simply replaces the factory rear sight the original sight can be reinstalled at any time keeping the pistol reversible to its stock configuration. At 1.780 inches long and 1.1 inches wide the mount keeps a slim low-profile footprint on the slide. Installation only requires removing the rear sight and installing the mount in the dovetail tightening the set screw where applicable and torquing the provided screws to 15 in/lbs with blue Loctite. Two 6-32 flat head screws and one 6-32 x 3/16 set screw are included so no additional hardware needs to be sourced separately. EGW notes that this mount will not fit the M&P Shield Shield EZ SW9VE SW40VE or C.O.R.E. models so shooters should confirm their specific M&P variant before ordering. Because rear sight dovetails can vary slightly between individual slides EGW recommends installation by a qualified gunsmith to ensure a proper fit.
