Description
The Faxon Adjustable Low Profile Gas Block is an adjustable gas block for AR-15 rifles, intended to let the shooter tune gas flow for cycling and recoil. It is designed for use with both suppressed and unsuppressed setups.
The block fits the standard .625" AR-15 gas tube and has a black matte finish. Its adjustment screw is positioned so that it does not contact gas port carbon, which the manufacturer states helps prevent seizing and fouling. The raw listing also describes 14 tactile settings from fully open to fully closed.
This is a gas system part for AR-15 platform rifles only, and it is sold as a standalone component.
