Description
The Seekins Precision Low Profile Adjustable Gas Block is a steel gas block for AR-15 and LR-308 rifles, fitting a 0.750" gas tube. It lets the shooter regulate how much gas is directed to cycle the action, which allows tuning the rifle to a specific load and the use of low-mass bolt carriers, buffers, and springs.
The gas block is field adjustable. Turning the gas regulating screw in reduces gas, turning it out adds gas, and a brass-tipped set screw locks the chosen setting in place. Its low profile is intended to fit under most hand guards while keeping adjustability. The black Melonite finish is described as reducing wear and corrosion and making carbon cleaning easier.
