Faxon Match Series Gunner 338 ARC 9" 1:5 Twist AR-15 Barrel

The Faxon Match Series Gunner is a 9-inch AR-15 barrel chambered in 338 ARC, built around 5R rifling and a 1:5 twist. It is intended for AR-15 builders who want a short, maneuverable barrel in this caliber.

The barrel is machined from gun-barrel quality bar-stock steel and finished in black nitride for durability. Its 5R rifling uses opposite groove lands and reduced sharp angles to limit jacket deformation, and the Match Series hybrid chamber is fully MPI inspected. The Gunner profile blends the Government and pencil contours to balance durability with reduced weight.

The barrel fits AR-15 pistol-length gas systems. The extension is coated in Nickel Teflon for lubricity and corrosion resistance.
