Federal Syntech Training Match 45 ACP 230gr TSJ Flat Nose 50 Rounds

Federal Syntech Training Match is a 45 ACP pistol cartridge loaded with a 230-grain Total Synthetic Jacket flat nose bullet, intended for range practice. Federal states that its point of impact and velocity trajectory match those of its HST defense loads, so training rounds shoot to the same place as carry ammunition. The purple polymer jacket visually marks the round as a matched training load.

The polymer jacket is said to prevent metal fouling and reduce barrel heat and friction, and it minimizes splash-back on hard targets. The brass case carries a Catalyst primer that is lead-free. Rated muzzle velocity is 890 feet per second, and each box contains 50 rounds.
