Description
Federal Premium Gold Medal Berger is a 224 Valkyrie match cartridge loaded with an 81 grain Berger Open Tip Match boat-tail bullet. It is intended for long-range target shooting, where a high ballistic coefficient helps the bullet keep a flatter trajectory and drift less in wind.
The load uses Gold Medal match primers and brass cases, and is rated at a muzzle velocity of 2925 fps. The cases are non-corrosive, boxer-primed and reloadable. Each box holds 20 rounds, and each case contains 10 boxes.
Ammunition is new production and is sold in 20-round boxes.
