FN 509 MRD 9mm 4.5" 17-Round Pistol

The FN 509 MRD is a full-size, striker-fired 9mm pistol with a 4.5-inch barrel and a 17-round magazine capacity. It is built for duty carry and home defense, and it is designed to run reliably with defensive hollow points and bulk range ammunition alike.

The barrel is cold hammer-forged stainless steel with a polished chamber and feed ramp, and the trigger breaks between 4.5 and 6 pounds. The slide has deep serrations, an external extractor, and a loaded chamber indicator. Overall length is 7.9 inches, weight is 1.69 pounds, the sight radius is 6.3 inches, and the frame is optics ready.

The pistol ships with two 17-round magazines, four MRD mounting plates, a locking device, and a case. Three interchangeable backstraps allow the grip circumference to be adjusted, and the frame includes an accessory rail.
