Description
The Fortis Manufacturing Rev II is a 15.3-inch free float handguard for the AR-15 platform, designed to give the shooter a mounting surface for accessories while keeping the rifle light. It is machined from Aircraft Grade 6061-T6 aluminum as a one-piece body and finished in black with Military Specification Type III hard coat anodizing.
The handguard has an inside diameter of 1.340 inches and attaches to a standard AR-15 barrel nut, which is not included. Its free float design uses anti-rotation tabs for stability. The continuous top rail is paired with limited quick-detach sockets, and M-LOK slots are provided at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions for accessory attachment.
The Rev II is compatible with both direct impingement and piston operating systems.
