Description
The Fortis Manufacturing REV II 12.4 inch free float handguard is a one-piece aluminum rail system for the AR-15 platform. It is designed to provide a lightweight, rigid mounting surface for accessories while keeping the barrel free of contact with the handguard.
The handguard is machined from Aircraft Grade 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in Military Specification Type III hard coat anodizing in black. It measures 12.4 inches in length with an inside diameter of 1.340 inches and includes a continuous top rail, M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, and anti-rotation tabs. It is piston compatible. The mount captures a standard AR-15 barrel nut, which is not included.
