Fortis Manufacturing RED 7.62mm Stainless Muzzle Brake 5/8x24

The Fortis Manufacturing RED is a muzzle brake built around the Rapid Engagement Device concept, intended to help shooters keep a rifle controlled and on target during rapid strings of fire. It is designed for 7.62x51mm NATO and .308 Winchester rifles.

The brake is machined from 303 stainless steel with a silver finish and uses a 5/8x24 thread pattern to fit common 7.62mm and .308 barrels. It is compatible with a control shield system for managing concussion and side blast when needed. A crush washer is included for timing and installation.

Because the RED is threaded onto a standard 5/8x24 barrel end, it can be fitted to barrels that share that pattern. Confirm thread pitch and timing before installation.
