Freedom Ordnance FX-9 9mm 8" 31-Round AR-Style Pistol

The Freedom Ordnance FX-9 is an 8-inch semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, built on an AR-15 style platform for shooters familiar with AR-15 controls. It accepts AR-15 stocks, buffer tube assemblies and most free-float AR-15 rail assemblies.

The upper and lower receivers are machined from billet aluminum with black anodized Type III finish, and the barrel, bolt, ejector, last round hold open, feed ramp and extractor are full hard nitride steel. The receivers are more than one inch shorter than a standard AR-15, giving an overall length of 24.5 inches and a weight of 5.4 pounds. The pistol has a 1:10 twist barrel, a 1/2-28 thread pitch, an optic-ready top, a manual thumb safety and a 7.5-inch M-Lok ultra slim rail. It is supplied with an SBA3 pistol brace.

The FX-9 uses standard double-stack Glock-style 9mm magazines, with a listed capacity of 31 rounds plus one.
