Geissele GROVTECH Black Heavy Duty Push Button QD Sling Swivel 05-3640

Geissele Automatics GROVTEC Black Heavy Duty Push Button QD Sling Swivel 05-3640 solves the boring but important problem of a sling attachment point that actually holds under load instead of working loose at the worst possible moment. Built entirely from steel and machined to tight tolerances, this Grovtec QD swivels unit locks into any standard QD sling socket and comes off just as fast - one press of a push button large enough to hit with a gloved thumb, no fumbling required. GrovTec pull-tests every unit to over 450 pounds of tension before it ships, which is well beyond what a sling attachment point realistically needs to hold, but it's the kind of margin that matters when the alternative is a sling failing at the wrong time. The 1.25" loop fits standard sling webbing, so this Geissele QD insert works with the wide range of sling types already built around that sizing rather than locking you into a proprietary system. A non-reflective manganese phosphate finish in matte black keeps things low-profile and resists corrosion over years of actual use, not just a season of range trips. Key Features: Heavy-duty all-steel construction Quick-detach push-button mechanism 1.25" loop, fits standard sling webbing Pull-tested to over 450 lbs of tension Non-reflective manganese phosphate finish, matte black Compatible with standard QD sling sockets Made in the USA Rotates for natural sling positioning This QD Sling Swivel is a small part that does one job, and it does it well enough that you stop thinking about your sling attachment entirely - which is really the whole point.
