The EAA Girsan Witness 2311 Golden Brat is a compact 9mm semi-automatic pistol built on a 1911 platform with a steel frame and a gold titanium nitride finish. It is intended as a carry-ready sidearm or a range pistol.

The pistol has a 3.4-inch barrel and a 7.15-inch overall length, and weighs 1.4 pounds. It uses a single-action trigger, an ambidextrous thumb safety suitable for right- and left-handed shooters, and an extended beavertail.
