The Glock 45 V Comp is a striker-fired, polymer-framed 9mm Luger pistol in full-size form, finished in matte black. It is built for duty, defense and recreational shooting, and it sits in the Glock 45 line with the V Series updates to the slide, trigger and barrel rifling and crown.

The pistol has a 4.02-inch barrel fitted with a compensator, a 17-round capacity, and fixed sights. The frame has no finger grooves and includes a flared magazine well and a cutout at the front of the frame to speed reloads. The reversible magazine catch and ambidextrous slide stop accommodate left- and right-handed shooters, and the backstrap set can be changed to fit different grips.

The frame includes an accessory rail for mounting lights or lasers. The package is a single pistol chambered in 9mm Luger.
