This adapters forward taper surface locks in place with interfacing piston and dramatically reduces or eliminates common baffle and end cap strikes, while its coarse threads are top cut to boost durability and wear resistance for long-term reliability. Designed for secure and easy installation, the 3/4 or 19mm wrench pattern accommodates a socket wrench, enabling fast on-site adjustments without sacrificing torque. Compatible with Universal QD pistons (sold separately), the internal bore minimizes side concussion and visual disturbance compared with blind muzzles, preserving sight picture and reducing muzzle blast clutter during precision or quiet operation. With a total system weight identical to legacy direct thread pistons, this adapter pairs precision machining with a durable QPQ nitride finish on 17-4 stainless steel to deliver attractive, long-lasting performance.
