The Griffin Armament CAM-LOK 9/16x24 Piston Adapter combines patented Covert Application Mount-Locking technology with a versatile universal QD piston interface, delivering rapid, secure mounting in three positions spaced 120 degrees apart to simplify installation and tuning on the fly. Its forward taper surface locks firmly against the interfacing piston, dramatically reducing or eliminating common baffle and end cap strikes, while the coarse threads are top cut to maximize durability and wear resistance, ensuring reliable performance through demanding field use. Featuring a 3/4 or 19mm wrench pattern for secure, easy installation, this adapter is compatible with Universal QD pistons (sold separately) and supports configurations such as Universal Carry Comp and other suppressor mounting devices, expanding its utility across a range of suppressor parts and mounting needs. The internal bore minimizes side concussion and visual disturbance compared with blind muzzle setups, and the total system weight remains identical to legacy direct-thread pistons for predictable balance.
