Description
The Griffin Armament Optimus Micro is a modular quick-disconnect suppressor built for rimfire and select centerfire firearms. It is rated for calibers from 22 LR and 17 HMR through 5.56x45mm NATO, 22-250 Remington, 204 Ruger, 224 Weatherby Magnum, and 5.7x28mm, according to the manufacturer's rating.
The suppressor is constructed from 17-4PH stainless steel with a black nitride finish. It measures 5.3 inches overall, weighs 8.5 ounces, and attaches by direct thread at 1/2x28 tpi using a Taper Lock adapter. It can also interface with Griffin 3 Lug mounts, which allows faster switching between firearms that use different mounting systems.
