The GrovTec USA Non-Rotating Flanged Base is a sling mounting base for hollow stocks that accepts push button swivels. It is made of stainless steel with a black-oxide finish. Three set screws bite into the stock material to lock the base in place and prevent the rotation that loose sling hardware can develop over time.
