Many will argue that the BIll Lewis Rat-L-Trap is one of the best lures ever made. In fact, Outdoor Life magazine referred to Rat-L-Trap as the "Most Influential Fishing Lure" of all time in their Hall of Fame fishing lure article. This lure emits a noise that is nearly identical to the sound made by distressed bait fish, which leads to attracting predator fish and stimulating an aggressive feeding response.
