H&ampR ~ U.S.R.A. ~ .22 LONG RIFLE

The U.S.R.A., United States Revolver Association, single shot pistol is considered one of the finest target pistols ever produced. The US Army chose them for their pistol team. The pistol itself appears to have been developed from the frame of a Schofield with a Schofield top latch. It is believed to have been produced around 1938 0r 1939 as it has an s/n 29xx near the end of the 3500 pistol run from 1928 to 1941. The design variations were backward compatible, but this one would have all the upgrades already installed by the factory. It has the factory standard walnut grip. This is a rare find. Very few made and in great condition.
