Description
The Henry Big Boy All Weather Side Gate is a lever-action centerfire rifle built for hunting and outdoor use in wet or snowy conditions. It is chambered in 44 Magnum and fed from a 10-round tubular magazine, with a side loading gate that allows quick magazine top-off.
The rifle has a 20-inch round barrel, an overall length of 37.5 inches, and a steel construction weighing about 7 pounds. The barrel, receiver, lever, and magazine are hard chrome plated, and the hardwood fore-end and straight-wrist stock are sealed with a moisture-resistant coating. Sights are a brass bead front and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear.
The rifle is right-handed and is supplied with a removable tube magazine for safer unloading. Its dimensions fit saddle and ATV scabbards.
