Henry Big Boy Side Gate Color Case Hardened 357 Magnum 20" Lever Action Rifle

The Henry Big Boy Side Gate Color Case Hardened is a 20-inch lever action rifle chambered in 357 Magnum, with 38 Special also listed as a compatible caliber. It uses a steel receiver with a color case hardened finish, paired with a brown American walnut stock with fine checkering on the fore-end and straight-wrist grip.

The rifle has a 20-inch barrel and an overall length of 37.5 inches, weighing 7.84 pounds. Sights are a brass bead front and a semi-buckhorn rear that is range-adjustable. The action includes an in-hammer transfer bar safety, a side loading gate, and a removable tube magazine holding 10 rounds. The rifle is configured for right-handed shooters.

Sharing a caliber with a matching revolver allows a single ammunition type for both firearms, which suits trail and saddle use. The steel receiver makes this model lighter than brass-framed Henry rifles.
