High Standard HB Target Pistol 4 1/2″ Barrel .22 LR

The High Standard Model HB is a classic .22 LR semi-automatic target and plinking pistol manufactured by the High Standard Manufacturing Company. It is a variant of the popular Model B series, where the "B" designates the basic frame style and the "H" typically denotes a heavy barrel version. It features a blowback action and a 10-round single-stack detachable magazine. High Standard began producing these precision rimfire handguns in the 1930s out of Connecticut. The Model B and its variants gained immense popularity for their exceptional accuracy, balance, and reliability, serving as both commercial target pistols and military training handguns during World War II
