HKS 27A A Series Speedloader 38 Special/357 Magnum 6-Round

The HKS 27A A Series is a six-round speedloader for revolvers chambered in 38 Special and 357 Magnum. It lets a shooter drop all six cartridges into a revolver cylinder at once with a short twist, rather than loading them one at a time.

Each cartridge is held by metal points inside a body that is described as lightweight polymer, and the cartridges stay secured until released. The knurled aluminum knob is intended to give a firm grip under stress and makes the loader easier to pull from a pouch. The finish is smooth and the color is black.

The unit fits S&W 27/28 and Ruger Redhawk revolvers. Some revolvers have grips that interfere with speedloaders, and those grips must be altered or replaced so the speedloader does not contact the grip when cartridges are released.
