The HS512C is an enclosed reflex optical sight designed for rifle and carbine applications. It comes equipped with Holosun’s exclusive Solar Failsafe Technology which utilizes integrated solar panels to constantly charge the batteries. This design ensures the optic always has a backup power source even in the event of a dead battery, and reticle intensity is automatically adjusted based on the amount of light the solar cell receives. The HS512C’s reticle is composed of a 2 MOA dot in the center of a 65 MOA circle to promote faster target acquisition without sacrificing accuracy. The optic’s Multi-Reticle design also allows the user to choose a 2 MOA dot only for making more precise shots. Other features of the HS512C include Holosun’s ShakeAwake Technology that instantly activates the optic when movement is detected, making the optic always at the ready.
