It is designed to clean the bore in a single pulled pass, using a bronze brush to loosen residue and a cloth section to swab the bore clean. The included T-handle gives a grip for pulling the cleaner through the barrel.

The cleaner is made with a bronze brush and is described as a one-piece design. A brass weight on the pull cord is stamped with the caliber size.
