Horizon Firearms Vandal DM 22 Creedmoor 18" Rifle

Horizon Firearms Vandal DM Features The Horizon Firearms Vandal DM is built around an 18 Black Chrome spiral fluted barrel with a 1:8 twist cut specifically for the demands of 22 Creedmoor at distance. The spiral fluting sheds weight from the steel barrel while increasing surface area for heat dissipation so strings of fire during a match stage stay consistent shot to shot. An Iota Sim Brake caps the muzzle on a 5/8x24 thread pattern taming recoil and muzzle rise so the shooter can spot impacts and get back on target faster. The TriggerTech trigger breaks clean and predictably giving the precision edge that separates a good stage run from a great one. The rifle rides in an XLR Element 4.0 aluminum chassis finished in Black Anodized Horizon s first-ever chassis platform built specifically for serious competition shooting. A Picatinny rail across the Black Chrome receiver and an integrated ARCA rail up front let the shooter mount an optic and bipod or tripod directly to the chassis without additional hardware. The polymer grip keeps the rifle light in the hand while the AICS pattern magazine feeds 5 rounds of 22 Creedmoor for fast reloads between strings. At 8.13 lbs with a two-position safety for quick confident manipulation the Horizon Firearms Vandal DM gives new and experienced competitors alike a purpose-built chassis rifle ready for the range or the podium.
