Hornady Critical Defense 45 ACP+P 185 Grain FTX 20 Rounds

The Hornady Critical Defense .45 ACP +P is a defensive handgun cartridge loaded with a 185 grain FTX (Flex Tip eXpanding) bullet. The FTX design is a hollow point with a flexible polymer tip intended to prevent the clogging that can affect standard hollow points, and to support reliable feeding in semi-automatic pistols.

The load is rated at a muzzle velocity of 1150 feet per second. The +P loading provides additional velocity over standard .45 Auto ammunition. The cases are brass and reloadable. Each box contains 20 rounds, and each case contains 10 boxes. The ammunition is intended for concealed carry and home defense in .45 ACP pistols.
