Hornady Custom 38 Special 158 Gr XTP Hollow Point 25 Rounds

Hornady Custom 38 Special ammunition is a factory-loaded cartridge built around a 158 grain XTP hollow point bullet. The XTP design uses six serrations that divide the bullet into symmetrical sections, allowing controlled expansion at lower handgun velocities while resisting fragmentation at higher speeds. Each round is hand inspected before packaging.

The load is rated at a muzzle velocity of 800 feet per second. The cases are non-corrosive, boxer primed and reloadable brass, and the ammunition is new production. Each box holds 25 rounds, and each case contains 10 boxes.

The cartridge is chambered for 38 Special firearms and is suited to hunting, self-defense and duty use, as described in the source data.
