Hornady American Whitetail 12 Gauge 2-3/4" 1 oz Rifled Slug 5 Rounds

The Hornady American Whitetail is a 12 gauge shotgun slug loaded in 2-3/4 inch shells, intended for hunting whitetail deer. Each shell carries a 1 ounce rifled slug with a Hornady InterLock design and a hollow point serrated nose that is meant to begin expanding on impact.

The slug has a lead alloy core and is rated for a muzzle velocity of 1600 fps. The raw description cites lethal performance out to 200+ yards. A rigid polycarbonate sabot is used to support accuracy through the barrel.

This load is sold in boxes of 5 rounds, with 20 boxes per case, so each case contains 100 rounds. It is made for use in 12 gauge shotguns with a 2-3/4 inch chamber.
