The Hornady ELD-X 308 Caliber 212 Grain bullet is a copper-jacketed, lead-core projectile with a polymer tip, designed for hunting with 308 Winchester cartridges. It uses a boat tail and an Extremely Low Drag-eXpanding (ELD-X) profile to reduce drag and maintain velocity at longer ranges.
The 212 grain bullet has a heat-resistant polymer tip that keeps its shape in flight, helping preserve ballistic coefficient and accuracy at extended distances, typically 400 yards and beyond. Each box contains 100 bullets for reloading.
