Hornady Subsonic 7.62x39mm 255 Grain Sub-X Polymer Tip 20 Rounds

Hornady Subsonic Sub-X is a 7.62x39mm hunting load built to stay below the speed of sound for use with suppressed or unsuppressed firearms. Each 255-grain bullet is a polymer-tip boat-tail design with a lead core and gilding metal jacket, with long grooves intended to help it expand reliably at low velocity.

The load has a rated muzzle velocity of 1050 fps and uses powders chosen for subsonic performance, producing a low flash signature. The bullet includes a cannelure for a positive case crimp, which suits use in semi-automatic firearms.

Loaded with brass cases, this ammunition is packaged 20 rounds per box with 10 boxes per case. It is designed to fit, feed, and function in a variety of firearms, including gas-system guns.
