Hornady Superformance Varmint 204 Ruger 40 Grain V-Max 20 Rounds

Hornady Superformance Varmint is a factory centerfire rifle cartridge in 204 Ruger, intended for varmint and small game hunting at longer ranges. It loads a 40 grain V-Max bullet with a polymer tip, which Hornady describes as improving accuracy and raising the ballistic coefficient so the bullet holds its stability in flight.

The cartridge is rated at a muzzle velocity of 3900 fps. The loads come in boxes of 20 rounds, with 10 boxes per case. The cases are brass, non-corrosive, boxer primed and reloadable.
