For your consideration the Inland M1A1 Carbine Paratrooper semi-auto rifle chambered .30 Carbine. This M1 was made by Inland in late 1942 with a serial in the first 200 thousand. The barrel is marked 1-43 (Inland Mfg Div, General Motors). It has the early type sight, trigger and flat bolt.
