The Inland 1911A1 Government is a single-action, 45 ACP pistol built on the 1911 platform, keeping the military-style look of the original G.I. configuration with modern manufacturing. It is intended for shooters who want a traditional, full-size service-style pistol.
The pistol has a 5-inch steel barrel and a steel slide and frame with a parkerized black finish. The slide has vertical serrations and fixed combat sights, and the controls include a thumb safety, slide release, barrel bushing and grip safety. Wood grip panels are fitted.
