Description
An eye-catcher at the range for its striking resemblance to a very popular Belgian tactical rifle, the ISSC MK22 is a .22 Long Rifle semi-automatic rifle great for getting in practice at a cheaper price or just for plinking. An obvious aesthetic copy of the FN SCAR 16, the ISSC MK22 is a blowback rimfire rifle made in Germany. Designed originally by ESC, another name for the Anschutz firearms company and subsidiary of ISSC, the rifle copies many of the SCAR's iconic features and leaving others out. For example, the iconic "Ugg boot"-style stock is present and has all the features of folding, adjustable cheek riser, and 3-position adjustable length-of-pull. The rifle is largely ambidextrous, with ambi safeties, magazine releases, and the charging handle can also be located to 6 different positionsthree on each side at the top of the full-length handguard. The rifle, curiously enough, does not feature a bolt release though, so the charging handle must be pulled back again to close the bolt. The MK22 features a 16" Walther-made match-grade barrel, threaded and attached with an oversized flash hider. The rifle has multiple sling attachment points and the front and rear of the receiver and on the stock as well. This rifle is in good condition, with no visible damage and flawless operation. The MK22 includes one 10-round and one 22-round magazine.
