Iver Johnson 1911 Gen2 Carbine Black Walnut .45 ACP 16 Barrel 8-Rounds

Iver Johnson 1911 Gen2 Carbine Features The Iver Johnson Arms 1911 Gen2 Carbine brings the proven 1911 single-action operating system to a carbine configuration chambered in .45 ACP with a 16 inch black oxide steel barrel and a 1:16 inch twist rate suited to standard .45 ACP projectile weights. A black QPQ finished steel receiver provides strength and corrosion resistance through years of range use. The beavertail and grip safety combination gives shooters the same familiar intuitive manual of arms found on a 1911 pistol scaled up to a longer more stable platform. A fiber optic dovetail front sight paired with an adjustable white dot Novak rear sight delivers a fast sight picture in both bright and low light conditions. The carbine wears a removable walnut stock alongside a Dymondwood engraved grip with logo giving it classic 1911 aesthetics in a carbine-length format. A 19 inch length of pull suits shooters looking for a stable shoulder-fired platform without the bulk of a full-length rifle. The gun ships with two 8 round magazines giving shooters a spare on hand right out of the box along with a barrel bushing wrench cleaning kit and gun lock for maintenance and storage. At just 4 lbs the Iver Johnson Arms 1911 Gen2 Carbine is a lightweight classically styled option for sale at ARMSAGORA for shooters who want their 1911 platform in carbine form.
