The Iver Johnson name has been around in the firearms industry since the late 1800's. Their product line was reinvented in 2003. In addition to 1911 style pistols, and accessories, Iver Johnson has a wide range of shotguns, including pump, semi-auto, over/under, and single barreled shotguns. Iver Johnson shotguns are manufactured with excellent quality standards for an affordable price. The Iver Johnson 12 Gauge Shotgun is a pump with a two piece pistol grip stock, with a push button to remove the stock and leave only the pistol grip (giving you two stocks in one). It also features a picatinny rail on top of the receiver for sight/scope attachment, as well as a fiber optic front sight for quick target alignment (which can be seen through the groove in the picatinny rail, when nothing is attached, for a great sight picture).
