IWI Zion Z-15 Features The IWI Zion Z-15 is built around a 10.5 chrome moly vanadium barrel with a 1:8 twist that handles a wide range of 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem loads reliably. The barrel and receiver carry a black nitride finish that improves wear resistance and durability over standard coatings standing up to the rigors of regular range use. A free floated M-LOK handguard keeps the barrel from contacting the rail under pressure which helps maintain consistent accuracy shot to shot. The 1/2x28 threaded muzzle accepts muzzle devices and the direct impingement operating system keeps the pistol running reliably across a range of ammunition. A Picatinny rail on the receiver gives the Z-15 a genuine optics mounting platform letting shooters add a red dot suited to close and mid-range engagement. The SB Tactical SBA3 brace pairs with a B5 Systems pistol grip for a stable ergonomic shooting hold while the 6-position mil-spec buffer tube allows length adjustment to fit the shooter.
