Description
The Kershaw Cathode is a folding knife with a 2.25-inch tanto blade, built for everyday carry and general utility tasks such as slicing and piercing. The blade has a top grind and heavy jimping on the spine for a secure grip, including when choking up on the blade for detail work.
The knife uses a flipper and SpeedSafe assisted opening for one-handed deployment and is ambidextrous, suiting left- or right-handed users. The blade is 4Cr14MoV stainless steel with a stonewashed finish. The stainless steel handle is hot-stamped with a repeating pattern for grip, and a solid frame lock keeps the blade secure during use.
The knife has black hardware, including a backspacer with additional jimping and a reversible pocketclip.
