Description
The Kershaw Emerson CQC-6K D2 is a manual-opening folding knife with a 3.25-inch drop point blade made from D2 tool steel. D2 is a high-carbon, high-chromium steel valued for edge retention, hardness and better corrosion resistance than many other high-carbon steels. The blade has a modified clip-point profile for versatile cutting, and it has a black stonewashed finish.
The handle combines a textured G-10 front scale with a stainless steel back and Emerson contouring for a secure grip. A solid frame lock holds the blade open. The knife can be opened with the thumb disk or with the patented Emerson Wave feature, which deploys the blade as it is drawn from the pocket.
