To maximize your carrying comfort, Kershaw has ingeniously slimmed down the back handle, rendering the Fringe surprisingly lightweight for an all-steel pocketknife. The deep-carry clip secures the knife safely in your pocket, while ensuring its easy accessibility when required. Constructed with 8Cr13MoV, a premium grade steel, the blade is precision heat-treated by Kershaw to draw out its excellent performance characteristics. To facilitate swift and easy opening, the blade is equipped with the SpeedSafe assisted opening technology and comes with a flipper or integrated thumb stud.
