This 00909FG Knives of Alaska Featherlight Bird & Trout knife is 7-1/2" overall open length, 4-1/4" closed. It features a 3-1/4" wharncliffe, fine straight edge blade is of D2 Tool Steel, RHC 59-61. The textured black SureGrip handle with pocket Clip makes this a knife that looks great with a very secure grip. It has heavy duty stainless hex screws and open back column construction that enables easy cleaning. This Featherlight Hunter weighs in at around 2 ounces.During the manufacturing and testing process, each blade is locked open then individually torque tested several times to withstand over 100 lbs of force. Blade thickness is .090" and has a Ceramic Peened "Non-Glare" finish. Liner-lock mechanism is made from tough 17-4 stainless spring steel.
