Description
The KynSHOT RB5005 is a hydraulic recoil buffer for AR-10 carbines chambered in .308 Winchester. It installs in standard AR-10 buffer tubes and is intended for carbines with a collapsible stock.
The buffer is made of stainless steel, measures 3.25 inches in overall length, and is silver in color. Its damping system absorbs the shock of the bolt carrier's rearward travel and reduces bolt bounce as a new round is chambered. The manufacturer states it reduces felt recoil by 20 to 30 percent.
It is designed for AR-10 buffer tubes that are 7.75 inches deep on the inside. Confirm tube depth before purchase, as the buffer is not intended for shorter tubes.
