Description
The Lantac Dragon ASR QD 5.56 is a muzzle brake for AR-15 platform rifles chambered in 223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO. It attaches to a SilencerCo ASR Quick Disconnect mount and is intended to reduce recoil and muzzle rise.
The brake is machined from hardened milspec steel with a nitride finish in black, and has a 1/2x28 thread pitch. The manufacturer states it is hardened to 48 Rc. The raw listing describes a Short Energy Pulse design and says it does not work with the BMD (Blast Mitigation Device).
The package includes a timing shim set: two .34mm, three .22mm, three .11mm and four .075mm shims, plus one 2mm washer.
