Description
The LANTAC Dragon AK 7.62x39 M14-1 LH is a muzzle brake for AK-platform rifles chambered in 7.62x39mm. It attaches to the threaded muzzle of the rifle and is intended to reduce recoil and muzzle rise, and it is designed around a SilencerCo ASR quick-detach mount.
The device is finished in black nitride and uses a 14x1 left-hand thread (M14-1 LH) to match AK-47 barrels. The ASR mount type allows quick removal. The retailer notes that the brake is precision machined and hardened to 48 Rc.
The package includes a shim set for timing the brake and mount: two .34mm, three .22mm, three .11mm, four .075mm shims and one 2mm washer. The brake is not compatible with the Blast Mitigation Device (BMD).
