Lew's KVD Casting Rod - The new Lew's KVD Casting Rod features premium IM8 graphite blanks in the GC models and a premium IM8 graphite/glass composite blank in the CC models, split-grip EVA handles, and Lew's(R) proprietary full contact reel seats with increased blank contact. The KVD series also features stainless steel guides that use aluminum oxide inserts that are strengthened with stainless steel and a zirconia insert tip top for optimal durability for use with braided lines. All Rods include the a patented "No Foul" hook keeper and are constructed on a raw graphite blank with the rich midnight fire red finish through the handle and black guide wraps, matching the famous KVD color scheme.
