.22 LR Ruger 10/22 Trainer

A low-cost rifle for learning sight picture, trigger control and safe gun handling, with ammo that costs about seven cents a round. The SIG Romeo5 gives new shooters an easy dot to focus on. Three factory 10-round rotary magazines keep a range session moving. We paired bulk Federal practice ammo with a box of CCI Mini-Mag, because some 10/22s run one load better than another. Mount the dot on the scope base Ruger includes with most 10/22s. Check your state and local laws before buying.
